We are so excited to share that two of our long-time Capstone students will be heading off to partake in the Collegiate Equestrian program across the country!

UC DAVIS
I chose UC Davis for many reasons. Not only is it close to home, but California has always intrigued me. A first I was intimidated by the difficulty of being admitted to a UC school and the challenges it would be like once I would be attending classes.
However, with great communication among everyone involved, I quickly discovered it is possible. I am beyond excited to one day attend this school and call it home. The opportunities Davis has for my degree interests is exactly what I’m looking for in a university. Their programs allow me the freedom to create my own path.
Another big reason I chose this team is because of the amazing coaches and growing program. I am fascinated by the idea of being a part of a team that has so much potential. I am extremely grateful that life has led me here. I cannot wait to see what the future holds. AUBURN
When I originally began the search for a college, I ultimately was looking for the perfect place that I would be able to call home for four years. Auburn was that perfect place for me. I went to visit and fell in love with how beautiful the campus was, how everyone wore oversized t-shirts and birkenstocks, and the feeling of being at home with each step I took.
Besides the obvious of both the school and equestrian program being amazing, the turning point was the bond that I noticed between the girls on the team. Within only a month of being there, they had already made tons of memories and loved each other like sisters. I wanted all of those moments: the sisterly bonds, the feeling of winning, working hard at the barn, and so much more.
Auburn was the school for me that could give me all of those things, so the choice was easy. That's why I chose Auburn and I couldn't be more excited to be a part of the team.
